Greenside Animal Clinic Facilities
You will quickly notice the big landmark, our 2 famous dogs on the corner, as we are known for “The vet with the dogs on the corner”
The new facility was built through 2015 to 2016. We have 3 consulting rooms and 2 operating theaters. There are also separate dog- and cat waiting areas, to make your pet’s visit to the vet as peaceful as possible.
Our kennel facilities have been specifically designed and built for our patients that have to be hospitalised. These are permanent structures, that can’t be tampered with.We have seperate dog and cat wards to reduce the stress for each species to the bare minimum should there be a need for them to be hospitalised. Many of our patients are day visitors because of having to undergo general aneasthesia or procedures which requires close observation and care.
The dogs get taken out at least twice daily to walk/run and spend some time in the outdoors.
Our kennels are also temperature controlled and properly ventilated, so the animals aren’t hot in summer or cold in winter.
We have a separate isolation unit, where the very sick animals are kept to protect themselves and other animals against dangerous viruses, infections or other transmitted diseases. The isolation unit also has a separate ventilation system to protect against the transmission of infectious diseased between animals that have to be hospitalised.
