The Brooklyn Veterinary Clinic team includes:

Dr BC Luyt: Dr Braam has been practicing veterinary medicine since 1986. He enjoys all the challenges of small animal medicine and surgery. Dr Braam is a big nature lover and in his off time he is always somewhere in the bush.

Dr J van Heerden: Dr Jean Lynn joined our clinic in 2018 after working at the Poort Animal Clinic. She enjoys a variety of medical and surgical cases and likes to give special attention to puppies and kittens. Dr Jean Lynn likes running, the outdoors, camping and chocolate.

Dr JD Luyt: Dr John joined in the beginning of 2013 after working in Port Elizabeth for a couple of years. He likes all the aspects of general veterinary science and enjoys anesthetics and surgery. Dr John likes whiskey, rifles, braai and time off.

Sr B Drake: Sr Bronwyn has been with us since 2010. She is a passionate caring person that loves to take good care of all our hospital patients as well as assist our doctors. Sr Bronwyn loves to spend time with her family, dogs and cats.

Suné, Riana and Lisa: These loud mouths are our friendly front staff that helps with client and patient management and assistance as well as running our shop.

Colin and Freddy: Our support staff that ensures that our hospital is always clean and also assist our vets. They will be happy to carry food purchases to your car or help if your pet is not too keen to sit on the consultation table.

Our shop offers a wide range of pet accessories, treats and toys. We also stock an extensive range of premium pet food that includes Royal Canin, Hills, Acana, Orijen, Vets Choice, Eukanuba and Vetsbrand. If we don’t have it we can get it.
