Meerensee Veterinary Hospital

Meerensee Veterinary Hospital offers general veterinary care to dogs and cats, as well as specialist veterinary medicine, intensive care and theriogenology (breeding) referral services to all the other veterinarians in KwaZulu Natal. In order to do this, the hospital has invested in appropriate premises, medication, equipment and staff. All patients are monitored 24 hours a day. Cats are kept in their own wards, separate from the dogs. Animals with infectious diseases are kept in wards separate from the other patients. The hospital is Hilton compliant, meaning we have a 3 phase generator which enables us to continue functioning normally during power outages.

Veterinarians from Meerensee Veterinary Hospital are involved in continuing education for other veterinarians at a National and International level.

Fees are charged at SAVC (South African Veterinary Council) rates and you are welcome to discuss cost estimates with us.
