Heathwylde Veterinary Clinic is a small clinic, caring for small animals, situated in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

I am a member of the South African Veterinary Association and Veterinary Clinicians Group, and run the clinic myself (Dr. Pam Horisberger), with the help of my two lady assistants who help me with paperwork, answer phone calls and help out with the every-day running of the clinic. My husband André helps tally the books, does the computer work and got me on the web.

Products and Services at Heathwylde Veterinary Clinic
Heathwyle Veterinary Clinic treats every pet with love and care and ensure that they are well taken care of. I work on a first-come-first-served basis - no need to make an appointment - just pop in during consulting hours and I'll see to your pet. Please note that after hours emergencies do require a call beforehand, and does entail an extra surcharge fee.

I do general check ups for your 'fur babies', vaccinations (if you have a new baby, be sure to contact us to find out when and how often to bring them in for their initial set of jabs as these are extremely important for their well-being!), and tend to your pets when they are ill.

We also sell a variety of high-quality pet foods to keep your pet healthy and feeling great, and pet pampering products - healthy chews and pet treats, toys, a varierty of colourful collars and leads, pet beds, dog jerseys and more. Visit us during consulting hours to take a look at what we have in stock, or if there is something you have in mind that we don't have, we'll happily order it for you.

I regret to inform you that I no longer do surgery, as it does have an impact on my back, but I am happy to refer you should you require any surgery for your pet - just give us a call.
